Jane is an Associate on the Leeds Illuminate team based in New York. Before joining the Illuminate team, Jane was an Associate at our sister fund, Leeds Equity Partners, where she focused on buyout opportunities in the knowledge industries. Jane started her career at McKinsey and Company where she focused on growth strategy and social impact projects.
Jane graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2019 with degrees in Public Policy and Human and Organizational Development with a concentration in Education Policy.
